OFFICIAL STATEMENT

On January 3, 2007, at 6:50 am, a fire occurred, from unknown causes still under investigation, on the ship “Krajina,”
which was rented out and set up for the purpose of filming the feature film “On the Beautiful Blue Danube.” The fire
completely destroyed the ship, forcing the filming to be put on hold. As soon as a new ship is found, that meets the
needs of the production, filming will immediately resume.

A complete press release from Magic Line Productions will be given at a news conference, which will be organized
and timely announced, as soon as we receive a complete official report from the authorities regarding the cause
of the fire.
